While working with XDMOD we observed that the slurm job table was missing id_assoc data for some entries. Due to this sacct was not able to get user-name and account-name. This was leading to XDMOD putting some jobs under unknown users.

Download cov2 (WuHan1 strain) fasta and gff3 from NCBI, and index with BWA, STAR, etc.
