Goal: XDMod integration with OOD 2.0

Task breakdown

• deploy a COD cluster with OOD 2.0 and SSO type Shibboleth (ref. https://gitlab.rc.uab.edu/louistw/cod-heat-stack)
• deploy an XDMOD node with SSO (ref. https://open.xdmod.org/9.5/simpleSAMLphp.html)
