Proposal to change the name of our Git service from "gitlab.rc" to "code.rc". This aligns the url with the service and not the tool, which is generally a better model since the tool can change.

This change should be non-destructive to existing URLs. Gitlab.rc should simply redirect to code.rc. All host paths should remain operational. Users should transparentlyu see that the name has changed even if they request gitlab.rc.

Searching through issues on https://gitlab.com, it appears Gitlab doesn't yet support multiple server names for a single site:
