Establish a network path for data flows through the Science DMZ to allow for high throughput data transfers.

This includes:

• creating a NAT configuration to route traffic from IB through the external segment DTN (dtn1-sd)
• install nagios port monitoring on dtn_1 to observe throughput
• select a set of compute nodes to use dtn_1 as their default route
• remove them from their existing partitions for dedicated use a transfer nodes
• create a sciencedmz partition for the compute nodes with this default route
• assign authorized jobs to the sciencedmz partition
