Update the links related easy8 key during a cod cluster deploy

The section documenting the process to get a product key to deploy a CoD cluster has links that are no longer valid due to Nvidia acquiring Bright Cluster Manager. The links to make an account and the process to obtain a product key have changed.

Update the readme to reflect the new process to request a product key.
