Create a pickling script to parse raw text into pickled pandas dataframes

This pre-processing will create dataframe ready files that can be read into scripts and queried without having to re-parse the the raw text.

The script will need to parse a compressed raw mapplypolicy output file format fname.gz and create a matching pickled/fname.gz output that includes all the show attributes gather during the list generated by the list-path-external.
