Run sshpiper with failtoban plugin

Enable the failtoban plugin in sshpiper so that,

1. It acts as a drop-in replacement for the fail2ban tool on a basic level without the need to install and configure fail2ban.

2. Also, the log messages for failed login attempts in /var/log/messages can be easily parsed by the fail2ban filters, when we configure it.
