Build proxy nodes with knightly image factory

The knightly image build factory already contains the roles needed to make a VM a virtual node for Cheaha. We use it for knightly OOD builds reliably.

The plan is to leverage the existing roles in cheaha.yml to build proxy nodes. Therefore, improving the roles to be more generic as a side effect of this effort to use it for building proxy nodes.
