Setup volume migration within xdmod cicd process

Xdmod is a data-warehouse and it resides in a volume that is attached to the xdmod instance, when we build and deploy a new xdmod instance the data residing in the volume attached to the old instance has to be attached to the new instance as well. Otherwise, it won't have latest data. We need to set vol migration so that we can cut over to the latest production xdmod with the most recent data.
