Change SMTP config in XNAT DB dump to use proper SMTP server credentials

XNAT cannot send email because SMTP server denies access because of invalid credentials

The sql dump file from the production contains credentials that are no longer valid, so we need to fix them in the sql dump file before restoring.

This should be part of issue #39 (closed)
