The default device abstraction caused the network comm to fail during
the load of the kernel image from master.  Changing to the nic type
82540EM fixes the issue.

This works around Vagrant limitations in working with a dedicated
boot iso and no NAT network.
Basically it helps the ohpc env work like a true hpc environment.

Add XSEDE basic cluster as submodule to provide the project the ansible
scripts needed to make a master node.
