The ceph-image cookbook is designed to support development of upgrade proceedures
for the ceph nodes in the Dell Crowbar PoC environment.

The intended purpose of the cookbook is to provide a recipe that installs all the packages
installed by various cookbooks in the PoC environment.  Rather that trying to reverse
engineer those cookbooks and figure out the package installs, this approach opts to
list all packages and isntall them, without any configuration necesary to operate in the
PoC environment.
