Modified mephisto_users.pp to set the user kschrum primary group to be kschrum, with secondary group of me

Fixed bug in recently added class eng_sysadmins.pp, had copied the file from sysadmins.pp and forgot to rename the class

Removed expiry date of 2013-06-01 for account kir45751, the user is now working on their masters in ME

Updated admin users in rcs_users.pp and sysadmins.pp, and moved Engineering sysadmins to new eng_sysadmins.pp
