Update rstudio template repo

Bo-Chun Chen requested to merge github/fork/diedpigs/patch-rstudio-template-repo into uab-dev

Since we recently experienced unexpected update that fail rstudio to launch, so we are maintaining our own repo as a buffer to prevent it from happening again in the future.
