Add example notebook for full analysis

Matthew K Defenderfer requested to merge mdefende/gpfs-policy:enh-add-example-full-analysis-notebook into main

Added back in an example notebook performing all steps in a basic tld and atime aggregation analysis for a given log file. This uses the functions built in to the rc-gpfs package as opposed to writing everything out.

Also fixes some minor bugs
