Bugfix fix variable expansion during pol submit

Had parenthesis instead of braces in policy submission script when trying to expand a variable causing the job editing to fail

Also added ./src to .gitignore. That directory is only necessary in the /data/project/rc/gpfs-policy directory to maintain compatibility with the current sudoers entry.
