Update nhc.conf intel-migrate nodes: CephFS and NFS mounts

Added CephFS /tier/cephfs-core and GPFS5 NFS /mnt/project/rc mounts for the intel-migrate nodes {c0[124-133]}.

Also moved all intel-migrate specific mount checks into a single block.
